These terms cover your use of VenomCode, the desktop app for Windows, and this website. By installing or using VenomCode you agree to them. Questions: venomai025@gmail.com.

1. Plans and licenses

VenomCode is sold as a subscription — Starter, Pro or Studio, billed monthly or yearly. Each plan unlocks the features listed on the pricing section of this site.
Each license key works on up to two computers at the same time. You can move it by deactivating a computer in the app.
You may use VenomCode for personal and commercial work. You may not share, resell or publish license keys, or try to get around the licensing.

2. Free trials

3-day trial: the Starter plan, free, with no card, once per computer.
First month free: when you buy a plan you add a card, and the first payment is taken after 30 days. If you cancel before then, you are not charged.

3. Billing, cancellation and refunds

Payments are processed by Gumroad, which bills you on your chosen schedule and handles VAT where it applies.
You can cancel at any time from the link in your Gumroad receipt. VenomCode keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.
14-day money-back guarantee: if VenomCode isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it. Write to venomai025@gmail.com or reply to your receipt.

4. Your work

What you make is yours. Projects, documents, videos and code VenomCode creates for you belong to you.
AI can make mistakes. Review what VenomCode produces before you rely on it, publish it or hand it to a client.
VenomCode may use material from other sources in what it builds — for example stock photos linked from the web. Check the license of such material before commercial use and replace it if needed.

5. AI providers and your keys

Online models run through providers you choose, such as Google Gemini or OpenRouter, with your own API key. Their terms, limits and any costs apply to that use. The offline models run on your own computer.

6. Fair use

Don't use VenomCode to break the law, to harm others, or to attack systems you don't own or have permission to test.

7. Updates

Updates are included in every plan and install automatically while your plan is active.

8. Disclaimer and liability

VenomCode is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or suit every purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

9. Changes

If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell active subscribers by email.
