Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

VenomCode is a desktop app that runs on your own Windows PC. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect on this website and through the app, why, and what we never collect. Questions: venomai025@gmail.com.

Your projects, files and prompts

We never receive them. Everything VenomCode builds is saved as ordinary files on your own disk. When you use an online AI model, your request and the parts of files it needs are sent directly from your PC to the provider you chose (for example Google Gemini or OpenRouter), using your own API key and under that provider's terms. With the offline models, nothing leaves your computer.

Buying a plan

Payments are handled by Gumroad; we never see your card details. Gumroad shares the purchase with us — your name, email address, the plan and the license key — so we can deliver the app, check your license and help you when you write to us.

The app: licenses, trials and updates

Email

If you write to us, we keep the conversation so we can answer and help later.

What we don't do

How long we keep it

License and activation records are kept while the license exists and for as long as we need them for support and our legal obligations. Visit counts are stored as daily totals.

Your choices

You can ask to see or delete the information we hold about you by emailing venomai025@gmail.com. Deleting an activation record turns the license off on that computer. You can also remove a computer yourself in the app: Settings → License & updates → "Deactivate this computer".

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
